I am big on giving back to the local community. I work and present a show at community radio station Secklow Sounds which is based in Milton Keynes where I present The Khandie Klub on a Tuesday night at 9pm. I sometimes crop up and present other shows but The Klub is my usual home. When I first brought up the idea of Secklow Sounds doing a charity Christmas dinner for those without and in need, Mike the station boss was so eager to help it wasnt long before the wheels were in motion. Thanks to Campbell Park Parish Council we were able to set a dinner for over 50 people and it was blinking awesome. So many came to help and it was really warming to see so many smiling faces. Friends were made, stories shared and I think we really did find the true meaning of Christmas that day. Hopefully this wont be the last Christmas Dinner we run, but as a first it was utterly fantastic! I was on hand as helper and photographer for the day so enjoy a few snippets.
