London Fashion Week SS27 lands on the 17th–21st September, and if you’re going, you already know the drill: five days of outfit changes, street style scrums, and a content window that closes the second the next show starts trending. You’ve got maybe 48 hours where that outfit photo actually matters. Then it’s gone.
So why are so many creators still relying on a mate with a phone and shaky hands?
The problem with DIY fashion week content
I get it. Booking a photographer feels like an extra job on top of an already chaotic week. But here’s the thing nobody tells you: the difference between “content that got a few likes” and “content that got you noticed by a brand” is almost never the outfit. It’s the photo.
Bad lighting, awkward angles, and a five-second window while you’re being jostled by twelve other people trying to get the same shot — that’s what DIY gets you. It’s not your fault. It’s just not what a phone camera and no direction can produce in that environment.
What you actually need
Not a full editorial production. Not a two-day shoot with a moodboard and a crew. Just someone who:
- Knows how to work fast in a chaotic street environment
- Understands what makes content actually perform (not just look nice)
- Can turn it around the same day, because next week it’s old news
- Isn’t going to charge you a fashion campaign rate for a fashion week content session
That’s the gap I fill. Fifteen-plus years shooting fashion, portraits, and brand content. Award-winning studio. BIPP Ambassador. I’ve spent my career telling photographers to stop undercharging and stop hiding behind “professional” pricing that shuts out the people who actually need the work done — so my LFW packages are priced for creators, not corporations.
What it looks like
Quick Content Shoot — 30 minutes, one look, 10–15 edited images, same-day turnaround. £150.
Standard LFW Package — 1 hour, up to two looks or locations, 20–25 edited images plus two reel-ready clips. £250.
Premium Fashion Week Package — 2 hours, multiple looks and locations, 40+ edited images, a full reel-ready set. £400.
No day-long commitment, no confusing add-ons, no chasing me for the files three weeks later.
Slots are limited
I’ve got a handful of spaces left across the 17th–21st. If you want content that actually looks like you showed up prepared — not like you were dodging elbows outside a venue — get in touch now, not on the morning of.
